A: When your present web hosting provider can no longer meet the necessities of your site, or if you undergo continual downtime, or if you have to wait for hours for the customer service staff to respond back to you, it might be a smart idea to swap your web hosting provider, i.e. to transfer all the files for your web sites together with your databases from your current provider to your future provider. That is why we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!Our highly capable technical staff reps will move your web site content from your present hosting provider to us. Our technicians have lots of experience migrating websites and can take care of everything – from a normal WordPress–powered weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–powered site, to a very complex, custom–made web app.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, because there are plenty of variables, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to migrate your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not large).

A: We will need the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the website’s name (domain name).

A: User privacy is among our fundamental responsibilities – because of this, both our payment page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–class digital certificates. We employ security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial methods to secure the information that we receive on the World Wide Web. A: While we transfer your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. Once the migration is complete, we will ensure that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your content is not compromised before informing you that the transfer is completed. Then we will instruct you how to move the domain over to your web hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS records.

A: While we migrate your web content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never contact them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–based hosting platforms. Generally, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your website.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
